Per the website the ring should come "Elegantly presented in our crocodile-embossed box and includes a certificate of authenticity." I received it on Dec 6th in a plastic bag in a generic RL wallet cardboard box without the certificate of authenticity. I immediately contacted customer service and they sent me another generic wallet cardboard box identical to the one they sent me initially. I contacted them again asking the correct crocodile-embossed box and certificate of authenticity and they sent me a giant box, probably for a watch, that cannot work for a ring (try and slide a ring on a "watch pillow", they also included a little plastic card with some numbers handwritten on it that I guess they wanted be the certificate of authenticity, from the fields available (serial number, movement) it looks like this is something for a watch too. I contacted them and told them the certificate and box are not correct. They told me they escalated the issue and they sent me an unasked $83 refund. In the end I had to present the ring in a generic box, if I buy a 1700$ ring from a luxury brand official online store I want to be able to present it in the appropriate box and with the appropriate certificate of authenticity. I am still contacting them every couple of days to get them to send me the correct box and COA, but they do not answer to my emails any more.Date published: 2025-01-08
