I waited for this jacket to come back in stock and was notified. I ordered immediately. My order was pending for a week and the day it was estimated to be delivered, I received a cancellation with no explanation. Upon calling today, I was informed the item was out of stock. I received not email explanation. Similar experience with the process of locating item. When the item has been sold out from that process, no one responds. You just don’t get a response. Entire process is in need of attention so the customer is not left hanging. I spend a lot of money with Ralph Lauren to be left with these feelings.

The interior finishing wasn’t quite what I expected from Ralph Lauren, and I was surprised by the lack of an inside pocket. The tweed fabric felt thinner and less structured than I had hoped. It’s a beautiful design, but I was expecting a more substantial feel and refined finishing, especially at this price point.
