The bottom is lined, but top is not lined so you must wear a sleeveless tee or camisole underneath which can be uncomfortable in highly humid weather. I usually wear a size 12 shirtdress style. This was supposed to be a size 12. However, the bodice was large enough to be a size 16 or even 18, and the waistline was 3 inches below my waistline. I have purchased the same style in several colors, black, nave, sapphire and they are spot on for fit. This lovely garment was not a fit for me.
