Inspired by traditional ballerina dresses, the Skielar features a bevy of highly considered details, including a wrap-style construction at the bodice, delicate shirring, blouson sleeves, and a full, sweeping skirt. Made in Italy with crinkle silk chiffon for a lightweight feel and subtle texture, the Skielar is printed in a renowned Como, Italy, mill with one of the season’s floral motifs, which originated as a romantic watercolor painting of a peony garden created by one of our in-house designers.
