- US size 8 has a 47" body length and a 24" sleeve length. Dress length is taken from the center back of the neck and changes 0.25" between sizes. Sleeve length changes less than 0.25" between sizes.

I ordered a 16. The size was correct, although I could pull on the dress without undoing the zipper. The top was too loose, it hung open. The waist was high, sat just under my bust which is not flattering if you are large-chested. Then it hung flat over my stomach and hips and accentuated every wrinkle or roll. Only buy this dress if you have a small chest and a straight figure. Usually wrap dresses are flattering for fuller figures, but this one was the opposite.
