The rest of the dress was perfect. So I returned it for an exchange. The same thing with the second dress. The back, at the top, still flops out and does not lie flat against your skin. Never seen this with a dress before and it is very obvious, side-on. If you wear your long hair down, it is not a problem but for up dos and short hair, the dress looks sloppy.
