Details- Relaxed Straight: Our relaxed straight jean has a high-rise waist and is slightly fitted through the hip and thigh with a straight leg. Intended to hit below the ankle.
- US size 28 has an 11" rise, an 18.25" knee, and a 16.25" leg opening. All sizes have a 33" inseam (Asia inseam: 31").
- Belt loops. Button fly with a buttoned closure. Five-pocket styling with signature “P.R.L. 67”–engraved metal rivets.
- Signature “Polo Ralph Lauren” patch at the back.
- 100% cotton. Machine washable or dry clean. Imported.

I ordered size appropriate jeans for my waist and hip measurements. I knew the inseam would be too long as their inseams are all made for tailoring. However, the waist has a minimum of 2” too much room such that for my tailor to keep them above my hips there would need to be darts. No thank you. Also the hip was loosely fitted (expected) but the crotch hung a third of the way to my knees from my actual anatomical space. So, I’m just not sure what about these trousers could be fitted to be more appropriate as I bought them with current measurements but they fit horribly. I think if maybe you had very little curve from hip to waist, you could make these work. The denim is a nice heavy quality and feels like it would last a long time.
