I ordered the dress a month ahead to wear for a wedding. When it arrived (3 days before the wedding), I put it on. The zipper was awful and didn’t work. At first, I thought, is the size wrong?(note: I ordered a size up). After 15 mins of trying to zip up the dress (with both the assistance of my husband and 10 yo), I realized the zipper was not working! It was came loose and the zipper was sewn misaligned. I finally gave up and decided to not wear it. For the price and time I wasted on getting the dress, I am highly disappointed with the quality of the zipper. It ruin the experience for me.
