These are a great dressy, cargo pants. I purchased the olive color, as it can be paired with many outfits. I will wear it with the turtleneck and blazer like how it's pictured online. Can be worn with boots or sneakers. Many reviews said to size down, but I found it fits true to size. probably depends on your body shape. I have an hourglass figure and filled it out nicely.

They arent really a slender cut, more like a straight leg and bunch as the knees. I tried w riding boots and there's too much fabric there to look sleek. The length is awkward w this kind of bulky straight leg cut to wear w any other kind of shoe - for me anyway as Im 5'9. Too bad.

I first bought the army green pair at the RL outlet store in Branson, Missouri and I loved them so much that when we got home I ordered the black and the birch colors. They’re so cute and stylish. Every single time that I have worn a pair I get compliments and ladies asking me where I bought them. They’re true to size. I’m 5’4, 145lbs and the size 6 fits me perfectly. They’re not a stretchy material either, just so you know.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Why so big compared to slacks and jeans? I wear a size 2 in the jeans and slacks so ordered a 2 in these. The waist is like 2 inches too big! Ran into same issue with chino flared legs. Size 0 fit okay in some colors but was still too big in Navy. Tried washing and shrinking but that didn’t work so I am stuck with them. Going to just return these.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love on the picture and model but... Here’s a rephrased version: I’m 5'8" with an hourglass body shape and purchased the olive-colored pants in size 10. However, they’re not as long as they appear on the model, who is 5'10". Could someone explain how these could be the same pants? While the fabric is stretchy and true to size (TTS), there seems to be extra fabric in the crotch area and between the front pockets and the sides of the pants. This defect might not be immediately noticeable, but I believe the fit would likely look better on smaller sizes, as it seems less bulky.

My only challenge was the length of the pants, which was limited in the order options. However, it was good that the helms had some extra length. I had to loosen them to get a manageable extra one-and-a-half inches to make them comfortable. I hope Ralph Lauren provides the option for longer lengths.

The length came right over the top of the sneaker and as you wear the pants the become slightly looser making them feel relaxed. I purchased the green which are a lovely army green color with a slight sheen. I got so many compliments that I'm ordering the black. These work great for an All Day outfit that transitions from lunch to cocktails easily depending on the shoe you wear. Works well with sneakers or a chic casual shoe/boot.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice pants These are comfortable and true to size. Ralph Lauren does a great job in giving the garment sizes so my advise is to look at that chart first. I like the sheen these have because it makes for a dressier look with heels and the terracota color is versatile. It may wrinkle if I sit for a bit but I’ve not worn it all day yet. I bought a 6 regular and wondered if I could have gotten a 4 regular or a 6 petite because I’m thinking that it will stretch to where it doesn’t look as polished. The length is right at the top of my foot with some bend but not a lot. I bet any of those aforementioned sizes would have been fine. I will keep these because of how comfortable they are and the style is unique. For reference: I’m 5’5” with a 27” waist and 37” hips. I prefer about a 29” inseam in pants for my heels.

Each pocket is usable with sturdy snaps or zippers. I had originally bought them in the army, green color. And I am mediately, turned around and bought the black. I had more compliments on these pants in any pair I’ve ever worn. Love love love.

I ordered my regular size, but they were very large. Went down a size and they fit just right. Runs a little larger in torso and hips. These are my new favorite pants into Fall.
