I spoke with a representative over the phone who helped me order the correct size. I usually have to compensate for hips or waist. But there is no gap at the waist, and my hips do not distort the shape of the pants. I do need to hem them, but no other alterations to make them hang nicely will be necessary! I got these to go along with the matching double breasted blazer, but they do look great alone! The fabric is lightweight enough to be useful early fall to early spring.
