You can size down 1 or 2 as well depending on the fit you like. I have about 6 of them now in all colors and different sizes. The colors and sizes are consistent. I will say that these are not ankle pants for me, however; they brush the floor and I will probably end up getting them hemmed about 1/2-1 inch.
