I would say you could probably size up and still be happy with it. I am 5’7, 145lbs, 36C/D and I ordered a 4. It is somewhat tight in the arm as I am a gym person, so if you have my measurements you’d be happy with a 6. Also, I should mention there’s not one ounce of stretch, but this is a non issue.
