For sizeing reference I'm 5'3 short waisted and wieght between 125-130, 37 C , 27-28 in jeans ( need room for my thighs and bottom)I do lift weights some of wieght comes from that. My shoulder to shoulder width is 18 inches and breast 37 C. I ordered a size 10 in this shirt and it fits perfect. There's room in the armpit area for a light turtleneck. I am short waiting and this shirt fits be perfect. If you have breast definitely go up in size or if you workout and i defined arms/ shoulders. Go by the size you wear not the size you want to wear.. It its form fitting which I love. The all being said I think I might exchange for one size up because it is cotton. Water causes shrinkage.
