Details- Slim Fit: a narrow shoulder and gently tapered waist. Intended to hit at the hip.
- US size 8 has a 27.5" back body length and a 33" sleeve length. Back body length and sleeve length are taken from the center back of the neck. Sleeve length changes 0.25" between sizes.

This is not an uncommon issue for me - shirts and dresses will fit great everywhere until I get to my chest and then I need to size up. Sometimes, particularly with dresses, I’ll then tailor the bottom half so it’s not too big but this looks really nice as is. Great length for tucking in and still laying smooth. These shirts are fantastic classics for wearing with jeans, which I do all the time.
