I bought this same style in a white/blue pattern a few years ago and was glad to see the same still available. Best part is the shelf bra as part of the gown, the soft fabric and sleeves cut close in. Mine is a small, I am 5'2" 124lbs and flat chested, this fits fine. If you're busty, get a medium.

I was surprised to see that this gown has an extra layer of material on the inside of the gown for the chest area. It is crafted in the same material as the gown with a lace trim. It is quite beautiful.
