I purchased the robe but with the other Polo Bear. I was so excited to get it, I had gone out of town little did I know I was going to be cutting thread off the robe. The robe was snag it was horrible. I was so disappointed I hung the robe back up didn't wear it. Long story short. I call told the lady what the problem was. She emailed the person that was supposed to help me. She the lady wanted pictures. I send her what she asked for in turn she gave me someone to contact. Well that was the wrong person. The second person told me she couldn't help me. The third person. was the right person. I explain to her the problem I was having. I told her I had been dealing with this for over a month. It told this lady weeks after having to e-mail her and call her. I would leave a message no call back or email. Finally I had enough of her telling me it's coming. I finally got the robe after almost 2 months on Friday. Kathryn Sitarz has no good customer service skills all though she doesn't work directly with RL. Once again disappointed the same issue I had with the other. robe. Mr. Ralph Lauren needs to know about this. Before all this I was going to purchase the other robe. I will not be purchasing it now. I purchased a lot of RL clothing, shoes, hat etc. for years. I'm 5"11 and his clothes fits me perfect. I'm still a RL girl. I have never had this much trouble returning a defective robe/item.
