They seemed comfortable but that was the last pair. I was also trying to buy another pair of RL espadrilles. It was the last pair for both and these ones on the floor had a big white stain, so I bought both pairs off the RL website. Brand new pair was sooo tight. Definitely needs to be broken in. The ones at the store had probably been tried on many times so that’s probably why they were more comfortable. I have put socks on and walked around my house with them trying to break them in. It’s so frustrating when you have high expectations and want to wear cute shoes but you have to go through a painful break in process. I prefer shoes I can just put on and wear without pain on the first wear.
