- US size Petite 8 has a 36.25" body length and a 19.5" sleeve length. Dress length is taken from the center back of the neck and changes 0.25" between sizes. Sleeve length changes less than 0.25" between sizes.

Petite 8 fit like it was tailored for me, and lessened the stress of the day. Superior fabric and fit. The silver buttons on the shoulders are a nice touch. Very elegant dress that I will wear over and over. I am 5’3” and currently 135 lbs. I hope Ralph Lauren brings out more ponte dresses. The fabric is unsurpassed for travelling abroad and does not need to be ironed at all.
