The bag of coffee was in another plastic bag, however, the original bag was ripped open. Not a good presentation for a gift.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad online product This was by far the most disappointing online product I have ever bought. I enjoy the new Ralph Lauren coffee shop at Tysons corner in Virginia. It’s my go to coffee break. But when I received the coffee that I thought was the same as in the shop I was misled Totally. It was weak and not flavorful. I got the beans I had to grind them which we did I did not want the beans, but I don’t remember if you had a choice between the beans or fully ground, but it didn’t matter once I ground them. It was just terrible no taste watery like I have had no coffee at all. Well, maybe that’s an exaggeration, but nevertheless, they were terrible. I suggest if you like the Ralph Lauren coffee shops go as often if you can… Do not order. Thank you Ann Brugger

I was given free cold brew from the cart in aspen the was taken back by the smooth just tru coffee flavor. not filled with fruit notes and such, which i love as a coffee person, but it took me back to just a nice smooth cup of great Joe. darker than my norm but not burnt. i only gave 4 stars because they sent a bag that was past the “best used by” date and they refunded me, however i wanted to try it and it was great and will be ordering more , and the customer service was amazing.
