RETURNS
We are offering extended returns and exchanges throughout the holiday season. All purchases made between October 8 – December 23 are eligible to be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2025.
- Is in new condition
- Is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached.
- Is accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt.
Limited-edition styles are eligible for return within seven days of the shipping date.
Orders placed using PayPal or Klarna cannot be returned to Ralph Lauren or Polo Ralph Lauren stores. PayPal or Klarna orders must be returned by mail via our online returns process, and are not eligible for exchanges.
EXCHANGES
- If you would like to make an exchange you may do so, as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color.
- Your exchange order will be processed immediately with free shipping. We’ll also provide a free return label for your new order.
- Please return the exchanged item(s) within 4 business days of initiating the exchange online.
- Exchanged item(s) must be received within 14 days from the day the exchange is initiated online to avoid being charged.
- Buy Online, Pickup In Store and Ship to Store orders are not eligible for exchanges, but can be returned in-store or by mail via our online returns process.
- PayPal and Klarna orders are not eligible for exchanges, and can only be returned by mail via our online returns process.
WATCHES & FINE JEWELRY
Watches and Fine Jewelry must be in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags and stickers attached. To return watches and fine jewelry, please call 877-639-7934. Enjoy free returns within 10 days of the shipment date.
EXCLUSIONS

- Gift Boxes
- Home Lighting
- Home Rugs
- Ralph's Coffee Products
ALLOW UP TO THREE WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN
It could take up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
- Purchased With Credit Cards: Any credit will be refunded to the original tender
- Purchased with Gift Cards: If any portion of your purchase was paid for by a gift card, you will receive the full value of your return on a RalphLauren.com Virtual Gift Card
- Purchased with PayPal or PayPal Credit: PayPal purchases will be reimbursed directly to your PayPal or PayPal Credit account
MAKING A RETURN TO OUR US RALPH LAUREN STORES
Merchandise purchased at RalphLauren.com can be returned to any US Ralph Lauren or Polo Ralph Lauren store. You must have your return slip with you at the time of return.
Returns must follow the guidelines in our return policy. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. You can use the store locator on our website to find a store near you. We cannot accept returns of RalphLauren.com merchandise at Polo Factory Store locations.
Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations. If your order was purchased online with Klarna, PayPal® or PayPal Credit, you cannot return it in stores.
