START A STORE RETURN

Returns for merchandise purchased with a credit card at Ralph Lauren and Polo Ralph Lauren stores can be initiated online. To return your item(s), please visit our Store Returns page. To get started, you will need to enter your order information found on your store receipt, including the store number, transaction number, register number, date of purchase and customer information. 

Returns must follow the guidelines in our return policy. Refunds will be made to the original credit card used to make the purchase. We cannot accept online returns for in-store purchases made with cash or other forms of payment outside of credit cards. Online returns cannot be made for in-store purchases at Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Stores, department stores, or specialty stores.
