Returns for merchandise purchased with a credit card at Ralph Lauren and Polo Ralph Lauren stores can be initiated online. To return your item(s), please visit our Store Returns page. To get started, you will need to enter your order information found on your store receipt, including the store number, transaction number, register number, date of purchase and customer information.
