When visiting a Ralph Lauren store location, we are pleased to offer personal shopping, signature gift packaging, complimentary alterations, returns and unique personalization services.

 

PERSONAL SHOPPERS

We are happy to assist you with gift selections, and will provide you with the perfect options for everyone on your list.

 

SIGNATURE GIFT PACKAGING

With our compliments, each gift will be packaged in our signature navy gift box, with tissue paper and a ribbon.

 

COMPLIMENTARY ALTERATIONS

We offer complimentary alterations on full-price men’s suits and Collection apparel in select Ralph Lauren stores. Click here for a list of stores that offer these services. Customers must present a copy of their invoice to the store for alterations to be made. Alterations may take up to 10 days.

Complimentary alterations are made only on items purchased at full price (not on sale items). If you have purchased a men’s suit or women’s Collection item on sale and wish to have alterations made, you may visit any of the select Ralph Lauren stores that offer these services and pay an alterations fee.

STORE RETURNS

Returns are accepted at all of our domestic U.S. Ralph Lauren stores for an immediate credit (excluding outlet stores).

However, returns must be shipped back to our warehouse before a credit can be issued if the original payment method was PayPal.

All returns must conform to the guidelines of our Return Policy and must be accompanied by the original invoice
